FAQ

What is a wax melt? A wax melt is a solid piece of wax much like your ordinary candles,  however when a wax melt is placed into a well above a tea light in an oil burner the wax melts fill the room with amazing scents.

How to clean my oil burnerPlease do not scrape your wax out of your burner with a knife. This can cause damage to the burner. We suggest lighting your candle for a few minutes allowing it to heat the wax in the oil well. When the wax has melted place a couple of cotton balls or pads into the well and allow it to soak up the melted wax. Simply throw the cotton wool in the bin and you're good to change your melt.

How will I know when to change my wax? When you can no longer smell your wax you can change it. Some people like to change it before the scent has ran out, it’s entirely up to you.

What is a CLP? A CLP is the classification of labeling and packaging regulations of 2008. By law all wax melts and candles must have a visible label on them for potential customers to view any allergens that may be in the product, aswell as any potential warnings and any hazard declarations. All of our CLP information can be found on our pages named CLP and SAFETY DATA SHEETS
